The constructrue of air cylinder and electro - magnetic valve :
Air cylinder connected with electro-magnetic valve, it can reduce the air resistance during the distribution pipe, and minute adjust the air in/out for upward and downward.
Therefore, the adaptation of welding condition become very good, also enhance the punching speed. -
Pressurizing air cylinder working process :
Adopt non-step adjustable operation cusion with a pressurizing test switch, then can easycontrol the air cylinder upward and downward for convenient to adjust the electrical pole. -
High precision digital-syncronous l.e. circuits :
Controller adopt non-contactor digital-syncronous l.e. circuits and voltage fluctuation compensation circuits, it make a high precition weld. -
Welding current circuits :
Adopt S.C.R. non-contactor operation, super stability, longer lifer time and never out of work, ensure stable welding current. Enclose with an automatic temperature protective device, this device will be cut-off automatically for safety reason, when machine's inner temperature high-er than the rating or cooling water circulation got problem. -
Cooling water system :
Cooling Water adopt multi-branch pipe, can adjust the water-folw value from any branch pipe to use on the series preparation for specialelectrical pole. -
High efficiency transformer :
Adopt utra isolation m'tl and excellent cooling system, will never impact the welding current.
